Gwyneth Paltrow, Kate Hudson, Michelle Williams, Jessica Biel, Carey Mulligan, Sarah Jessica Parker. Hollywood's beautiful A-listers flocked to storied jeweler Tiffany & Co.'s Blue Book Ball, their star power rivaled only by the gobs of glittering necklaces, earrings and bracelets they donned in honor of the swanky affair.

At the NYC event on April 18, Biel wore borrowed Tiffany baubles that totaled $240,000; Hudson, $255,000; Parker, $495,000; Paltrow, $640,000! Mulligan's Art Deco diamond ring alone cost a cool $800,000. That it was the British actress who would be showcasing the night's costliest piece is understandable. The ball was a Jazz Age-themed event that celebrated the jeweler's new capsule collection inspired by her upcoming 1920s-set film The Great Gatsby.

But it was Mulligan's doppelganger, Michelle Williams, who won the prize for the most blinged-out actress at the event. She slipped on not one, but two Tiffany bracelets (one of which bore pink diamonds) that totaled $750,000 as well as a diamond ring worth $150,000.
