Jessica Biel Flaunts Sexy Beach Body In Puerto Rico

Jessica Biel showed off her fabulous beach body while vacationing in Puerto Rico, making everyone who has seen the pictures of her toned bikini body go gaga.

Biel has been hitting the gym hard for her new role in "Total Recall" and it definitely suits the "7th Heaven" actress' body well.

The 30-year-old actress has been flaunting her killer physique on the Puerto Rico beaches because she is supporting soon-to-be husband, Justin Timberlake, while he is filming his new movie "Runner, Runner," according to US Weekly.

Biel won Esquires 2005 title of "Sexiest Woman Alive," but she explained to Us Weekly that staying in shape and looking hotis pretty boring.

She said, "For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts.It's so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps....Yoga is a constant for me because it keeps my muscles long and flexible. But now that summer's coming around, I'm planning on spending more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with my dog, Tina."

But it's not just about the exercise, the actress makes sure she sticks to a healthy and balanced diet. She explained to Elle magazine where she likes to go eat, "M Cafe is also great -- it has a lot of macrobiotic options. But you can find healthy food pretty much anywhere. I do a lot of cooking at home using grains and vegetables."
