The fiance of Justin Timberlake created an account on the social networking website and sent out her first post earlier this week.
The 30-year-old 'Total Recall' star - who goes by the handle of @JessicaBiel - shared her debut public message earlier this week while getting ready for an appearance the Met Ball Costume Institute Gala 2012.
Alongside a picture of herself wearing her low-cut Prada frock with assistants attending to the item she sent her first tweet.
The musing read: "I can't zip up my dress. Welcome to my world!"
Jessica has so far managed to acquire approximately 19,000 followers in two days.
Despite her immediate popularity on the micro-blogging website, she is following three accounts.
One of the people whose news she has subscribed to is her partner Justin.
