The Devil and the Deep Blue Sea tells the story of a man who, dealing with the death of his wife, finds friendship with an imaginative young girl.

The project, directed by Bill Purple and written by Robbie Pickering, features Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Chloe Moretz and Biel, who is also credited as a producer.

Earlier this week, Timberlake confessed that he felt like a "moron" during his 'N Sync days.

"There were many moments in my teenage years where I succumbed to, um, the weirdness of the group I was in," Timberlake shared. "And in trying to conform - we're marionettes! - I ended up looking like a moron."

The 'LoveStoned' singer last released an album in 2006 with FutureSex/LoveSounds, which was nominated for four Grammy Awards, winning two.
