The actress is making the rounds to promote her new flick New Year's Eve, and has been talking about her diet as well!

She said about the rigorous dieting she has to do to prepare for a role in a recent interview: "You spend months and months training and doing crazy diets. Its the hardest experience. You look great but you are miserable. I literally dream of food. Cake, pasta, bread and croissants are in my head the whole time, thats all I can think about."

The actress, who's back with Justin Timberlake, looked great in a bright orange shirt and pants for the appearance on the radio this morning and flashed her megawatt smile as she left the studios. Biel will undoubtedly be all gussied up for more premieres and promotions as it's getting close to ! the film 's release date.
