Jessica Biel on 'Hitchcock': 'Psycho sets are incredible' - video

Jessica Biel has exclusively told Digital Spy about the "immaculately detailed" recreation of the sets from 1960 classic Psycho for her upcoming movie Hitchcock.

"It was incredible, the detail that went into that production," revealed the Total Recall star about the biopic, which stars Sir Anthony Hopkins as British director Alfred Hitchcock. Set for release in 2013, Hitchcock deals with the turbulent production of Psycho, with Biel portraying actress Vera Miles.

"The sets that were built are immaculately detailed," explained Biel. "My dressing room, for example, had magazines and books that had recently come out at that time. The lipsticks and the make-up and the things sitting on the dressing table were all very, very specifically chosen to fit in that time period.

"It takes you to another time, another place and really informs your performance," she added.

Total Recall opens in UK cinemas on August 29.
