Uhoh. Jessica Biel accidentally goes to a premiere in fancy dress

Justin Timberlake normally chooses her outfits for her, but Jessica did this one herself. And looks a little bit like an emu as a result

Thankfully for Jessica, we quite like emus. They're one of our favourites. But we're still not entirely sure whether you're meant to use them as style inspiration.

She does still look kind of amazing though. If you look past all of the ruffles and the pooffy bits and the lace and the collar and the pencil skirt bit, she's really very pretty. And her body is all kinds of phenominal.

The actress even revealed how she gets in shape for dresses films like this.

"5 months training. Kick boxing, boxing, Parkour training, into the gym to the Yoga class, back to the gym and then to the martial arts class," she told Capital FM presenters Clara & Michael. "It was an intensive work out!

As a plus, she could probably go into hiding in an aviary later this evening and nobody would notice

And despite all the preparation, Jess still gets nervous before premieres. Possibly because she knows she looks a little bit like a wild bird / b! allet da ncer. Possibly just because they're film premieres. And those are quite scary events.

"Its always nerve wracking! Youre sharing a film which is, your baby in a sense, with a bunch of people and youre putting your heart and soul out on the line number 1! Number 2, its nerve wracking, you have butterflies in your stomach. Are you gonna trip? It's always a question. Are people going to receive us well, do they even care that were here? You know, there are all these sorts of questions that scroll through your head. Am I going to sweat through my dress? Rip it? Whats going to happen?"

(What's going to happen Jess, is that you're not going to trip. People will receive you well. People do care that you're there. Nobody will be able to see if you sweat through this dress in particular, unless you leave it too long and the underarms go yellow. And mostly everybody is just going to focus on your outfit rather than your acting. Because that's the kind of depraved society we live in. And also it's quite hilarious.)
