Jessica Biel to change name: Justin Timberlake's wife says she 'won jackpot'

Jessica Biel says she will take her new husband Justin Timberlake's last name, which she seems to really like.

The 30-year-old actress made her comment to People magazine, which features the two dressed in their wedding apparel on its latest cover and includes photos from the celebration in Italy.

"Yes, I'm changing my name," Biel said. "My professional name will still be the same, but for life, yes, I think it sounds great. I think I really won the jackpot of names."

Celebrities often change their legal names to match their husbands'. Vanessa Minnillo has referred to herself as Vanessa Lachey since she married Nick Lachey in 2011, while Ashlee Simpson declared after she married rocker Pete Wentz in 2008 that she would be legally known as Ashlee Wentz. She used a hyphenated combo professionally and then reverted to her maiden name after they divorced last year.

Other celebrities have opted to add their husband's last name - such as Khloe Kardashian Odom and "Dancing With The Stars" co-host Brooke Burke Charvet.

Biel and Timberlake, 31, married on October 19 at a southern Italy resort before family members and friends, including the groom's fellow 'N Sync alum, Chris Kirkpatrick, who recently got engaged himself and was in the country by coincidence, according to People.

Biel wore a pink gown at the ceremony, during which a video, made by two guests, was played. It later leaked online. The video featured two transients and a drag queen on the ! streets o! f Los Angeles talking about Biel and Timberlake. The singer later issued a letter of apology on his website.

A lawyer for one of the people who provided the video told ABC News that the footage was "to be used and exhibited privately at Justin Timberlake's wedding as a private joke without Mr. Timberlake's knowledge."
